Fleurope Handbuch: Europäischer Erfahrungsvergleich alternativer Bildungs - und Ermutigungsstrategien im ländlichen Raum Im Mittelpunkt moderner Erwachsenenbildung steht der Erwerb von Handlungskompetenz, welche die Beteiligten in die Lage versetzt, sich persönlich zu entfalten, sich in die Gesellschaft einzugliedern und als aktive Staatsbürger an ihrer Gestaltung mitzuwirken sowie ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu erhalten. Für viele Menschen und insbesondere auch in ländlichen Gebieten Europas stehen dabei Sensibilisierung, Ermutigung und Motivation am Anfang solchen Lernens. Die Projektpartner haben in zweijähriger Zusammenarbeit in der „Fleurope“- Lernpartnerschaft einen großen Bedarf an originellen, alternativen und innovativen Lern- und Lehrmethoden festgestellt, um auf dem Lande breiten Zugang zum Lernen zu schaffen. Gleichzeitig wurden gute Praktiken identifiziert, die europaweit nachnutzbar gemacht werden sollen. Als Produkt wird ein Handbuch „aus der Praxis für die Praxis“ entstehen, das bei der Initiierung von Lernprozessen in benachteiligten Regionen zur Anwendung kommen soll. Potentielle Nutzer des Handbuchs sind sowohl „Lehrende“ (Trainer, Lernberater, Projektentwickler, Bildungsträger) als auch „Lernende“ (Bewohner ländlicher Regionen). Besondere Berücksichtigung finden die Bedarfe von Frauen, Jugendlicher und weiterer, benachteiligter Gruppen. Zur breitestmöglichen Verbreitung und Nutzung durch ländliche Zielgruppen soll das Handbuch zunächst in den sieben Landessprachen der Partner veröffentlicht werden. Es erscheint als Lose-Blatt-Sammlung und ist dadurch ständig ergänz- und erweiterbar. Nationale Verbreitungsseminare, eine Handbuch- CD und die Fleurope-Website als Informations- und Diskussionsplattform unterstützen das Projektanliegen. Fleurope Handbook:  European comparison of alternative training and empowerment strategies in rural areas. The focus of modern adult education lies on the ability to act on one’s own initiative which puts the participants in a position to develop their personality, to find their place in society and as active citizens to partake in its shaping. At the same time it helps them to maintain their employability. For many people and especially for those living in Europe’s rural areas sensitisation, encouragement and motivation are the beginning of this kind of learning. Over the last two years the project partners working together in the “Fleurope learning partnership” have detected a huge demand for original, alternative and innovative learning- and teaching methods in order to make learning in the country more accessible. At the same time successful teaching methods were identified which should be made accessible on a European scale. The result will be a handbook “from practice to be put into practice” which can be used for instigating learning processes in disadvantaged regions. Potential users of the handbook are “teachers” (trainers, study advisors, project developers, educational establishments) as well as “learners” (people living in rural areas). Special care will be taken of women, young people and other disadvantaged groups. To ensure the broadest distribution and usage by rural target groups the handbook will be published for the time being in the seven languages of the partner countries. It will be published in form of a loose-leaf edition that can be continually expanded and supplemented. National promotion seminars, a Handbook-CD and the Fleurope-Website as information- and discussion platforms will support the planned project. Au centre de l'éducation des adultes se trouve l'acquisition de compétences à l'action, qui permet au participant un développement personnel, une insertion dans la société, une action citoyenne en son sein et une acquisition de capacités à l'emploi. Pour bien des gens, surtout dans les régions rurales d'Europe, au début d'un tel apprentissage, la sensibilisation, l'encouragement et la motivation jouent un rôle déterminant. Au cours de leur collaboration au sein du partenariat éducatif FLEUROPE, les initiateurs ont constaté un besoin élevé de méthodes d'enseignement et d'apprentissage originales, alternatives et innovantes en vue d'assurer en milieu rural un large accès à l'éducation. Ils ont identifié des bonnes pratiques applicables à l'échelle européenne. Le produit proposé est un manuel '' issu de la pratique pour la pratique '', à utiliser dans des régions défavorisées au début des processus d'apprentissage. Les utilisateurs potentiels sont autant les ''enseignants'' (formateurs, conseillers, promoteurs de projets, pouvoirs organisateurs) que les '' apprenants '' (habitants des régions rurales). Une attention particuliere est apportée aux femmes, aux jeunes et autres groupes defavorisés. Pour une utilisation optimale, le manuel sera publié tout d'abord dans les sept langues des partenaires. Il s'agit d'un ensemble de feuillets séparés, à compléter et actualiser régulièrement. Des conférences de promotion au niveau national, un CD et le site web Fleurope seront des supports appréciables à l'information et à la discussion.
